A Year End Message from our CEO
Greetings, PLI Team Members,
As we prepare to close out 2023, I wanted to take a moment to thank you each one of you for your hard work and dedication throughout this transitional year at PLI.
While this year has been marked with significant facility changes as we executed our Centers of Manufacturing Excellence strategy, we have set up the company to better serve its customers which will allow us to continue to be the best positioned company in the G&L and Hospitality card business.
This has been made possible with your unwavering diligence, resiliency, adaptability and optimism through the trials and challenges encountered along the way as we continue to build our success as one unified team. Your valued commitment to this organization does not go unnoticed, and I extend my deepest gratitude for your contribution.
As we begin 2024, the future is bright for PLI as we increase investment in our people, facilities, and equipment. We continue to look for ways to innovate (capital equipment being installed in early 2024) and work with our customers on ways to prevent gift card fraud and to make more sustainable cards which is better for the environment.

Asheville, NC – July 28th, 2025 - PLI is excited to announce an important new addition to the HEAT division: Matt Pegg joined us as Director of Sales, reporting directly to our VP of Sales for HEAT. Matt brings a strong background in leadership and sales within the hospitality and event sectors. He will be onsite, working closely with the sales team, and operations.
