Mark McEachen
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Mark McEachen is a seasoned executive having worked for several PE-backed companies as CEO in a variety of industries. Mark holds several finance degrees and began his career at Chrysler Corporation. During his career, McEachen has worked on over 30 strategic transactions helping companies overcome various challenges and helped lead them to prosperity. Today, Mark is Chairman and CEO of PLI and resides in California.
Perry Morgan has been Chief Financial Officer since September 2021 and was promoted to Sr. Vice President in 2023, bringing over 30 years of experience in executive Print, Consumer Packing, Plastic Injection Molding, and Steel business sectors. Prior to PLI, Perry was CFO and founding officer Westfall Technik, a medical-plastics injection molding company, and others. He has a strong record of building businesses organically and through strategic acquisition, value creation, and high-performance teams that consistently deliver against company and investor-partner goals. In his role as SVP and CFO, Perry is responsible for strategic leadership and direction of the financial organizations at PLI. Perry is a CPA (inactive) and holds a BA in Business degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Nevada.
Leeton has devoted more than 25 years of his legal career to in-house counsel roles for prominent public and privately-held industry leaders in the manufacturing, importing, distribution, retailing, and marketing of consumer products worldwide. Leeton initially joined The Walt Disney Company’s legal department to help The Disney Store grow from 100 stores to nearly 750 stores and to manage its business and legal affairs in 14 countries worldwide. He expanded his role to include the formation and legal oversight of Disney’s worldwide product safety and compliance program and the drafting and negotiations of marketing contracts for Disney’s movies and animated features. During his time at Disney, Leeton was assigned responsibility as an attorney for all promotional sweepstakes and contests for all of Disney’s affiliated companies and marketing partners worldwide.
Leeton has years of experience working for highly respected marketing and promotional firms. He has strong experience in intellectual property, contracts, real estate, regulatory compliance, product and vendor compliance, marketing and advertising, and litigation. He has authored and contributed to numerous trade articles on product safety, social and environmental compliance, and supply-chain best practices for manufacturers, importers, and distributors of consumer products. Leeton earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Pepperdine University, Malibu, and his Juris Doctorate degree at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. He is a member of the California State Bar and licensed to practice in state and federal courts.
Chad Jones
Vice President, Gift & Loyalty Operations
Chad started his career in 2014 as a Production Supervisor in the Asheville facility. Through hard work and dedication, he climbed the management ladder and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2016. In 2019 he was promoted to Director of Operations, overseeing the Las Vegas facility. In September of 2023, he was promoted to VP of G&L Operations. Chad is a highly experienced Operations Leader with extensive experience in printing, lean manufacturing, and managing all aspects of plant operations.
Mary Parks
Vice President, Gift & Loyalty Strategic Accounts
Mary Parks has been in the gift card space for over 30 years and has a wealth of knowledge in closed and open loop products. She worked for InComm & Blackhawk as their VP of Business Development, which allowed her to work with brands and retailers and build meaningful relationships at all levels of the organization. These past roles have prepared her for the VP of G&L Strategic Accounts position at PLI.
Stephanie Thompson
Vice President, Gift & Loyalty Business Development
Stephanie Thompson has been in the private label credit card and gift card space for over 30 years. Prior to her career at PLI, Stephanie was a Sourcing Leader at GE managing Direct Mail Campaigns for over 30 brands that included implementing marketing strategies. Stephanie also earned her Six Sigma Green Belt at GE. Stephanie brings a wealth of knowledge to the gifting industry with an extensive print production background, excellent customer service and creative mindset. Stephanie also resides on the RGCA (Retail Gift Card Association) Board of Directors.
Robert Keshura
Vice President, HEAT Operations
Robert has been part of the senior management team in Asheville since November 2011 and brings to PLI over 27 years of card manufacturing experience. Prior to PLI, Robert was Director of Manufacturing for ABCorp, a leading card manufacturer in Boston, MA. In addition to his card industry experience, Robert has a strong background in specialty and secure printing with close to a decade in the lottery segment. This combined experience has led the Asheville facility to becoming the premier site for RFID access control cards along with all other supporting manufacturing needs for the Hospitality, Events, Cruise & Charters and Casino business segments.
Claudia Alarcia
Sr. Corporate Director, Human Resources
Claudia is a Senior Human Resource leader in the manufacturing industry with more than 18 years of experience in the HR field, including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, labor relations, and regulatory compliance. She is a hands-on HR leader with proven success in building strong partnerships with operational leaders and teams. She enjoys problem-solving and executing projects. Her dedication and high sense of responsibility help her be successful in delivering results and supporting the company’s mission, vision, and values.
