Learning a new industry. My background is in call centers, so this is all new to me. I love walking around the production floor and observing all the different skills needed to make a gift card. I often stand next to people and ask them to explain to me what they are doing because I’m fascinated by the process.

Collaboration – I value a collaborative environment and the chance to learn. I love working with a team that encourages creativity and open communication.

Innovation – On a daily basis I see PLI employees from all levels introduce new ideas, methods, products, or services to solve problems or improve existing ones.

I’m proud when I’m able to positively impact an organization’s success by cultivating a healthy work environment, developing employees, and fostering inclusivity, as well as making a tangible difference in people’s careers and lives through mentorship and fair treatment.

Right now, the gym membership. I’m currently on a health craze and trying to lose some weight.

Next month – renewal assistance with my Costco card because I will be buying pumpkin pie 😊
