What is your favorite thing about working here?
My favorite thing about PLI is the fact that we're all one big happy family. Everyone works together to achieve our goals, and it makes work less stressful.
What values of the company do you like most?

Which aspects of your job make you the proudest?
What makes me the proudest is seeing our finished product in store. Seeing gift cards being sold in major stores makes me proud knowing I had a part in it!
What is your favorite benefit/perk of working at PLI?
My favorite benefit/perk is the employee discounts that we can use for travel expenses. I have a lot of family in other states and PLI makes it easier for me to travel and see them. Thanks, PLI!
What advice do you have for someone considering working or applying at PLI?
My advice would be to forget about other past experiences if this isn't going to be your first job. I've worked at many places and there's no other place that will welcome and support you like PLI will. Don't expect the same from previous jobs, expect better!

What motivates you in your role?
I am motivated by supporting my team. Helping others learn, improve, and feel confident in their work is just as rewarding as closing the books correctly. When the team runs smoothly and leadership can trust the numbers, I know I’ve done my job well.
What is your favorite thing about working here?
Honestly, the management team. They’re approachable, supportive, and truly have an open-door policy. It’s not an intimidating environment, which makes it easy to ask questions, share ideas, and collaborate. That kind of leadership makes a big difference in day to day work and overall morale.
What values of the company do you like most?
I really appreciate the focus on collaboration. Our work connects with many departments, and when teams communicate openly and work together, we’re able to solve problems more efficiently and keep things moving forward.
Which aspects of your job make you the proudest?
I’m really proud of the progress we’ve made over the past two years. We’ve strengthened collections, improved reporting, and kept both receivables and payables organized and on track. A lot of that comes down to the team, their attention to detail, consistency, and willingness to step up have made a big difference. It may not always be the most visible work, but it’s essential. Knowing the financial side is solid and helping support the company’s growth is something I truly take pride in.
What is your favorite benefit/perk if working at PLI?
One of my favorite things about working at PLI is the trust I’ve been given. I’m able to take ownership of the accounting side and make improvements when I see ways we can do things better. At the same time, I know leadership is there if I need guidance or support. That balance makes it a great place to work
What advice do you have for someone considering working or applying at PLI?
Come in ready to be proactive and work as part of a team. It’s a fast-paced environment, so being organized and willing to jump in wherever needed helps a lot. If you value supportive leadership and want to work somewhere where your contributions actually matter, PLI is a great place to be.
Kaylie Duffy

What motivates you in your role?
Since starting this role, I have been most motivated by the relationships I have built with PLI’s customers. The sales I have made have brought fun conversations about marketing tools, continued partnerships, and overall excellent customer service. When working each day, I always strive to make our customers’ lives easier even if it’s just during a brief interaction because I never know what else they may be facing outside of our interaction.
What is your favorite thing about working here?
My favorite thing about coming to work and working at PLI would be the celebratory conversations that occur when something is deemed successful for our team. These conversations and moments of celebration have fostered an environment of joy that makes work feel exciting and new with every win we discuss.
What values of the company do you like most?
Of PLI’s company values I enjoy diversity, collaboration and fun the most. Having these three values combined ensures that each new idea comes from a diverse mindset and allows the collaboration of those ideas to turn into success stories that ultimately leads to the fun of celebrating each person’s and team’s success. It makes each win unique and every day fun as we collaborate towards continued success.
Which aspects of your job make you the proudest?
In my role I am most proud of the opportunities I have to put my creative marketing background to use. By using this background to create email templates, assist with campaigns, and overall appearance of customer facing contacts has allowed me to thrive where I feel most comfortable; Talking to and with our customers in a fun and unique way that fosters not only lasting relationships but overall good memories at work.
What is your favorite benefit/perk if working at PLI?
I have most enjoyed the Friday food trucks because they have given me something to look forward to at the end of each week.
What advice do you have for someone considering working or applying at PLI?
